I purchased these washcloths to replace my three-year old threadbare washcloths. I selected them because they were the same approximate color as my old ones and I thought the Egyptian cotton might be superior quality. The instructions say to machine wash the cloths before use. Once done, they plump up nicely, but they seem to get better with subsequent washings. I noticed that after the first wash, there was considerable fabric shedding in the bathtub, etc. I hope that they will soon stop shedding altogether; I think the original shedding is probably normal and they will stop. I have only had them a short time, but I notice that with repeated washings they continue to plump up, which is nice. Overall, I think for the price, they are a very good buy and the quality is quite decent. If you don't want to spend a lot of money for washcloths, I would certainly recommend these. The beauty of it is, if they don't turn out to last as long as my old ones, I would not hesitate to buy these again as replacements; I just hope if that happens they will still be available.Get more detail about
