Los Angeles Lakers Bench Towel Review
I ordered these towels for my Lakers-Loving Dad for Father's Day and they are a huge hit! He uses them everyday as a workout towel when he's on the Bowflex and I keep hearing how perfect they are! I gave them to him a week early "just in case the Lakers win the championship before Father's Day" and I am so happy that I did. He even watched one of the last Finals games on the Bowflex while using one of these towels (I got him two) and I believe it made the game on our 65" TV a whole lot better and more personal. Tigger Poncho Style Hooded Towel with Sound Right now
This is beyond adorable but the head opening is too small. My 1 year cries when I take it off because it's so tight. I ordered the speed racer hooded towel and that one is much better in this respect but definitely not as cute. The sound this one plays is "My friends Tigger and Pooh, they're always there for each other" - the theme from the current TV show, not the original 70's Pooh movie. Cheapest Speed Racer Poncho Style Hooded Towel with Sound
I bought this because the Tigger kids hooded towel I bought a Target for my 3 year old wouldn't fit over her head and it it was even tight on my one year old, too. This one has a much more generous opening and it does the job I wanted, which is being hands-free - the towel stays on w/o you our child holding it. I use it for my one year old and it's long enough to be able to dry him off while he's still wearing it but he can walk in it, too. I think it would be kind of small for kids older than 3. I took one star away because the material is not great - just seems cheap. It's not scratchy or anything, but I would have liked it to be softer. I finally found a towel which is just the perfect size for the beach. After it arrived at my house today I am not so satisfied anymore. The size is great, exactly how I wanted it BUT the quality is terrible. It comes individually wrapped in a plastic cover which opens and closes with a zipper. As soon as you pull the towel out of the plastic cover it gets caught on the zipper and starts pulling the thread. I have just had this towel for five minutes and it already looks like it went through hell and back with me. What good does a beach towel do if you have to wrap it in bubble wrap to transport it?! Not even the cover it comes with keeps it in one piece. I am clearly disappointed and advice anyone to NOT buy this.
