I bought this because the Tigger kids hooded towel I bought a Target for my 3 year old wouldn't fit over her head and it it was even tight on my one year old, too. This one has a much more generous opening and it does the job I wanted, which is being hands-free - the towel stays on w/o you our child holding it. I use it for my one year old and it's long enough to be able to dry him off while he's still wearing it but he can walk in it, too. I think it would be kind of small for kids older than 3. I took one star away because the material is not great - just seems cheap. It's not scratchy or anything, but I would have liked it to be softer.
